- By Matatu/Bus: Take route 33NG/7C (Ngumo) from CBD. Alight at the Kenyatta Market Stage along Mbagathi Road (now Raila Odinga Way).
- By Car: Enter via the main entrance off Mtongwe Road. You will see a large car wash and parking area immediately at the front.

- Pass the Main Gates: Walk past the main entrance gate near the Marie Stopes clinic. You will be greeted immediately by a bustling open-air vibe and the smell of nyama choma (roasted meat) from the food alleys.
- Head Toward the Salon Section: Avoid the meat-stretching corridors and follow the main pathways toward the sprawling, inner covered grid where the hair salons and tailors are clustered.
- Handle the “Hustle”: As you enter the salon zone, several hair pullers (washikaji) will approach you aggressively to pull you into their stalls. Politely but firmly tell them, “Naenda Stall 193 kwa Pamela” (I am going to Stall 193 to Pamela) or that you have an appointment. They will usually back off and point you in the right direction.
- Locate the Row: The stalls are numbered sequentially. Head down the central alleys toward the 100s section. Stall 193 is a classic beauty salon situated right near Stall 128. Look for the vibrant storefront displaying hair braids, kinky twists, and extensions.
